Introducing the PhysioHealth app – empowering you to easily view timetables, change bookings or join the waitlist for any of our classes.

KEY FEATURES:
• CLASS TIMETABLES: Browse and book classes for physio or exercise physiology lead group exercises, clinical pilates, CanConquer, stretch, next steps, Parkinson’s, and more directly through the app. Stay up to date with class schedules.
• CHANGE BOOKINGS: We know there are days when you may not be able to attend. If your schedule changes – you have control to either cancel or book extra classes!
• WAITLIST: If you find a class that you’d like to attend that is full, you can be added to the waitlist. If someone cancels from the class, you’ll be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.

ABOUT PHYSIOHEALTH CORRIMAL:
Located in Corrimal, PhysioHealth is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving optimal health. Our experienced team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists offers a range of services, including:
• INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION: Before starting in any classes, there’s an initial consultation to assess your current health status and agree area’s for improvement. At set intervals we will review & measure your progress.
• SMALL GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES: Expert-led and tailored programs, our classes focus on improving health and wellbeing with functional movement, strength, and flexibility. Our clinicians will prescribe a range of different exercises depending on individual needs.
• CLINICAL PILATES: Programs designed by our health professionals to build and maintain strength, suitable for various fitness levels and injury rehabilitation.
We keep our classes small so that we can focus on providing individual guidance to each person.
Note: The app is all about classes. Please continue to book online through our website for initial consultations and individual appointments.

ABOUT CANCONQUER
CanConquer is our program that specializes in cancer and lymphoedema care, offering evidence-based exercise programs to enhance recovery and quality of life.
Our clinicians are there to supporting individuals at any stage of their cancer journey, providing tailored sessions aiming to reduce recurrence risk and manage treatment side effects.
