BOLD is a Lagree Fitness Studio that offers a 50 minute full-body workout that is low impact and high intensity. Our experienced team of instructors will guide you through slow and controlled resistance training on a machine called the Megaformer. While large and robust in size, the Megaformer ensures that you are both supported and safe, while challenging you throughout your Megaformer fitness journey.
