The Ideagen Quality Management (IQM) app, formerly known as Q-Pulse, is a
versatile tool designed to modernize and enhance quality and safety

Document access – ensures secure access to relevant documents from the core
IQM system with ability to acknowledge receipt. It provides a document viewer
for up-to-date information, policy and operational instructions on the go.

Audit – functionality eliminates on-site paperwork, replacing it with
electronic checklists and relevant controlled procedural and process
documentation. Responses are captured in real-time, supported by the ability
to add photos and raise findings, and facilitation of an efficient audit
close out process.
