EZcare mobile app is designed for housekeepers, maintenance techs, inspectors and other field staff to easily receive and complete jobs in the field.
The EZcare app lets you view instructions, property photos and things like unit status and door code. You can complete checklists with photos and report urgent issues in the middle of a job, pause and resume work, upload invoice or timesheet, and communicate with your team via in-app messaging.
The app does not require network connection while working in the field. Orders and results are synced with the cloud when network is present. To use the EZ app, you should create a cloud account first, or are given an account by your office administrator.
