Version 14: 1/13/20151. Add the ability to locate the US State boundary, so the reverse geocoding will not resolve the location to a place out side of the state2. Add the default fall back to local reverse geo coding.3. Add the new data field in setLogentry for passing in GPS location, and result in current address.
