Warm Edges Cook in Josper is a real family restaurant with a warm atmosphere and delicious cuisine, where little guests are always welcome. We present dishes of many warm countries. In the menu we combine the cuisines of Italy, America, pan Asia and, of course, our favorite Georgian cuisine. We cook meat, fish and vegetables on coals in the Josper furnace. We make homemade pasta, pizza and delicious desserts ourselves. Our chef, Ilya Maklakov, is responsible for the quality and taste. Ilya chooses the best from around the world and combines it with her signature dishes. So the restaurant menu turns out to be interesting and varied, while being clear and tasty.
