It’s been a few weeks since we first saw the trailer of our now Game of the Week. Although the expectations were very high due to the movie-like style and stunning graphics, we all stayed rather skeptical… it wouldn’t be the first time that a new game fails to keep up with expectations. Well, Lineage2M is here to carry on the popular Lineage2 franchise, and we can only say: Be ready for the next level of a massive multiplayer RPG!

Lineage2M is a mobile MMORPG that takes place in an open world called Aden. This fantasy place is full of monsters and treasures that provide us with action, fun, and a stunning visual experience easily comparable to the best PC or console games. NCSOFT, the studio behind this title, is clearly attempting to bring quite a few innovations to the genre. Starting with a humongous open world to explore, the game gets even more impressive with player competition on a massive scale. Lineage2M might look like another MMORPG but it’s packed with features and, especially, graphic details that we haven’t seen before. In terms of gameplay, there’s a rich variety of races with over 31 classes: humans, elves, dwarves, orcs… you name it. Along with a lot of weaponry to upgrade and collect, it looks like Lineage2M offers endless opportunities for different types of battles.

We’re talking about a very deep and complex RPG that’s probably not everyone’s cup of tea, but everyone has to admit that (at least in terms of graphics quality) it’s a giant step forward in the Android gaming world.
