Features available for the internal user IT team:
– See the list of pending requests
– Filter requests based on status, date and other search parameters
– Forward, change the status and close requests assigned
– Respond to users

Features available for the end-user:
– See the list of their pending requests
– Filter requests based on status, date and other search parameters
– Open new requests from the Catalog Services with ability to upload images and documents from Photos
– Answering to provide more information to help desk
