In the ConsultantPlus application, the most popular legal information is available to all users: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, codes of the Russian Federation, basic legal acts, legislative news, reviews and reference materials.

Extended information is available during non-working hours:
• federal legislation of the Russian Federation;
• legislation of Moscow and St. Petersburg;
• judicial practice;
• financial consultations;
• bills, international legal acts and other documents.

All information from their online kits is available to users of the ConsultantPlus system.

The application contains useful information on many issues:
• protection of consumer rights;
• how to pay tax, tax benefits and deductions;
• protection of labor rights, employment contract;
• ownership, registration and protection of property rights;
• fines for administrative offenses, including fines for violating traffic rules;
• the right to receive maternity capital, etc.

Lawyers, accountants, personnel officers, managers will find in the application the necessary background information (accountant calendar, production calendar, legal calendar, tax rates, exchange rates). All information is updated daily. Changes to documents saved on the device are downloaded automatically.

Information is easy to find with a quick search. It is enough to indicate the name of the document, for example: “constitution of the Russian Federation”, “44 Federal Law”, “police law”, “budgetary”, “family”, “civil” or “land code”. The search understands colloquial words and generally accepted abbreviations (coap, gpk, civil code of the russian Federation 2024, uk, nc, upk, vat, uk russian Federation 2024). For example, you can type “tk” instead of “labor code” or “personal income tax” instead of “personal income tax”. Use abbreviations, for example, “Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation” or “Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation”.

An advanced search will help you find documents using known details (date of adoption, adopting body, type of document: law, draft, resolution, etc.). Texts are available in any edition, even with changes that have not entered into force. Using the i button in the margins, you can get clarifications (additional documents) to a paragraph or article of the document.

To work without Internet access, you can bookmark any document or part of it in advance, so that the required code or law will always be at hand. Documents with bookmarks are saved in the "Favorites" section.
A table of contents and search through the text of the document will help you navigate large documents (such as civil, tax or criminal codes). From the reference to the document you can clarify the features and procedure for its application, the period of validity of the current edition.
