All withdrawals provided for by law are available in the app and, if you need or are entitled, you can request in the App.

App features:
– Check the balance and statement of FGTS accounts;
– Option for the withdrawal system (Withdrawal-Termination or Withdrawal-Anniversary);
– Digital withdrawal for withdrawal, termination and retirement reasons with indication of deposit account (CAIXA or other banks);
– Request for withdrawal for other withdrawal reasons, with the submission of documents;
– Registration of CAIXA account or other banks, for FGTS credit in case of withdrawal;
– Authorization for consultation of FGTS information by financial institutions;
– Address update.

User registration:
If you don't have a user yet, you must register a new one on the login and password screen, in the “Register” option, using your CPF and the e-mail you use the most. It's simple, fast and secure.
